We spend 90% of our life indoors. In darkness, or artificial light.

We have lost touch with nature, forgotten the wonders the world has in store. The benefits of a few simple breaths of fresh air. Is this why we seem so set on destroying the planet that gives us life?

Even closer to home, the closed in-ness and constant exposure and inhalation of synthetic chemicals we use indoors is causing a whole host of health issues including asthma, and other almost invisible illnesses. One of them, depression.

We have become The Indoor Generation, and it is affecting our health and wellbeing.
