We have a brief but brilliant conversation with Butterflies & Hurricanes, the female-led brand on a very bold mission indeed! These incredibly artistic souls decided to go from ‘garbage designers’ to committed rebels, embracing a culture of generosity, compassion and life, to change the industry they work in.
They take the long view, and like to have fun with it, with environmentally responsible, even reusable packaging. Their new form of client relationship is shaking up traditional practised. Collaborating with brands who share their values: Fair Trade, bio ingredients, biodegradable and beyond! Collaboration is the only way forward, as they see: sharing the purpose, and the risk, accordingly.
